Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

Salary: $20.00 $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday Friday

Work Setting: In-home In-clinic School-based

Our services include ABA therapy social skills groups school-readiness preparation tutoring early literacy training and parent and professional training.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid drivers license and personal auto insurance
• Ability to operate computers electronic devices and office/clinical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented dependable and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
