Work Environment\n

This role will be performed in a remote setting, providing flexibility while ensuring a supportive work culture. Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and assess clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration, through detailed intake processes.

• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances, therapeutic goals, and personal preferences.

• Implement a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client needs.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

• Monitor clients' progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other health professionals.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other medical specialists to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
