Join our dynamic team in Marysville, MI, as a Machine Set-Up Tech! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities- Set up and calibrate machinery according to production specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet production goals and timelines.
- Document machine settings and adjustments for quality control purposes.
- Assist in training new team members on machine operation and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in machine setup or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
