IT Operations Analyst II

Providing day-to-day technical support for end users in a hybrid work environment, the IT Operations Analyst II will manage Windows endpoints, contribute to security-focused operations, and assist with identity and access management while troubleshooting various IT issues. Key responsibilities Provide technical support for Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, and corporate applications Administer user accounts and security groups within Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Monitor and remediate endpoint and account security issues using enterprise-grade security tools Required qualifications Associate degree or higher in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments Familiarity with core information security concepts, including endpoint security and vulnerability management Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Multi-Factor Authentication Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and basic networking concepts
