Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of customer growth, growth marketing, audience marketing, or related experience. Strong hands-on execution experience across customer acquisition and demand-generation campaigns. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience identifying, nurturing, segmenting, and measuring target audiences. Background in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or sports marketing and experience with mixed-media campaigns, including CTV, programmatic, paid social, and Meta. Experience developing strategic partnerships and/or co-marketing initiatives. Experience developing audience segments/ICPs and translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies. Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, product, creative, and other business teams Comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution rather than solely managing a large team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: CRM-driven segmentation and lifecycle marketing experience, ideally with HubSpot. Experience marketing to niche or high-affinity consumer audiences. Understanding of consumers within equestrian, golf, river cruising, or similar affinity-based audiences

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Customer Growth Marketing Manager for a travel client in Miami. This person will take a hands-on approach to identifying, segmenting, nurturing, and growing high-value customer audiences while helping launch new products and experiences. They will develop partnerships, audience and acquisition strategies, and execute campaigns across channels such as CTV, programmatic, paid social, Meta, CRM, and direct mail. This candidate will use customer and campaign data to measure performance, refine messaging, and uncover new audiences beyond established segments like equestrian, golf, and sports. They will work cross-functionally with product, creative, content, and other teams and should be someone who can move comfortably between strategy, analytics, and hands-on campaign execution.
