Growth Marketing Manager

Megalabs USA is looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to help drive profitable Ecommerce growth across our portfolio of consumer brands. This is not a strategy only role . We need a highly analytical, hands on growth marketer who can identify an opportunity and then personally execute against it. You should be equally comfortable building a Meta campaign, analyzing Shopify conversion, developing a creative testing strategy, reviewing Google performance, improving a landing page, launching a new acquisition funnel or digging into customer cohorts to understand why growth has stalled .This role offers the opportunity to be closely involved in both shaping ideas and bringing them to life. This role won't work with agencies. What You'll Own Drive profitable Ecommerce growth across multiple Megalabs USA brands Personally manage and optimize performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging channels Develop acquisition strategies across paid social, paid search, landing pages, offers and funnels Own CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, CVR, LTV and contribution margin performance Identify growth opportunities using Shopify, GA4, advertising platforms and customer data Build rigorous creative testing programs around hooks, audiences, messaging, formats and offers Partner with Creative to turn performance insights into better advertising Improve onsite conversion through CRO, landing page testing, merchandising and promotional strategy Work with CRM and retention resources to improve repeat purchase and LTV Develop launch and growth strategies for new products and brands Allocate marketing dollars based on incremental growth and profitability Who We're Looking For 7+ years of hands on performance and growth marketing experience Proven experience scaling Ecommerce or DTC brands Advanced experience personally managing Paid media performance Demonstrated ownership of significant paid media budgets Deep understanding of creative strategy and performance creative Strong understanding of Shopify, GA4, attribution and Ecommerce analytics Experience with CRO, landing pages, funnels, offers and customer acquisition Strong financial understanding of CAC, LTV, gross margin and contribution margin Experience across multiple brands or categories is strongly preferred Beauty, personal care, wellness, healthcare or CPG experience is a plus The Person We Want We're looking for a builder and operator . Someone who sees revenue falling and immediately wants to understand why. Someone who can find the problem in the data, develop the strategy and personally execute the solution . Someone who knows when to cut spend, when to scale aggressively and when the problem isn't media at all. You should be comfortable operating across brands at very different stages, from established businesses like DS Laboratories to brands and channels where we're still building the growth engine.
