ALIGN Executive Search has an exciting corporate AR leadership opportunity in the Phoenix, AZ area.

This role would oversee a team of Regional AR Directors and manage the AR process for 25 skilled nursing facilities throughout Arizona for the top senior care provider in the state. We are looking for a strong leader with a passion for senior care accounts receivable.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience overseeing AR/Billing for multiple skilled nursing facilities (Must have Regional or multisite experience.)
• 7+ years of AR/Billing experience specifically in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Vast knowledge of senior care billing practices and a history of success overseeing multiple SNF/LTC facilities
• Ability to train and mentor other AR leaders
• The ability to monitor company and industry trends to stay one step ahead
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field is preferred
