If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an AI Engineer to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.Responsibilities:Develop and implement core components of generative AI solutions; build robust, scalable features aligned with business requirementsCollaborate with senior engineers and product managers to understand feature requirements and contribute to the technical design of AI agents and orchestration patternsEnsure code quality and reliability by writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, and utilizing enhanced evaluation frameworksDrive product advancements by developing RAG pipelines, context engineering modules, and integrations with services like Azure AI Search and DatabricksDeploy and maintain AI microservices by optimizing performance and scalability that meets high standardsEngage in agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in software engineering with demonstrated success in building and deploying AI or data-intensive applicationsMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree is requiredStrong programming skills in Python; experienced with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic KernelSkilled within an agile environment using SDLC tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deploymentsKnowledgeable in cloud platforms, preferably Azure; familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and KubernetesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team(200TEC)Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
