Full job description Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney in Murfreesboro, TN to join its growing practice. The Litigation Attorney will handle mostly motor vehicle and trucking accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. The lawyer's responsibilities will include trial preparation and trial. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases Drafting and filing litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guiding clients through the case process Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances Qualification Law degree from a fully accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Tennessee Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
