Evaluate and improve operational costs surrounding staffing, units per hour (UPH), etc. Re-engineer & design process flows, layouts, workstations, etc. using computer-aided software (CAD) Use time studies to assist with process creation and labor standards; experience with MOST is a plus Leverage statistical analysis to report on fulfillment KPIs Create standard work and implement process improvement Assist with operational and financial forecasting, staffing, productivities, capital expenditures, CapEx justifications, improvement analyses, etc. Serve as a project manager liaison between Operations and Engineering Create and use RCA techniques to reduce risks within respective process paths Have a positive attitude towards challenges and will be able to learn new skills Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
