Position Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Administrator to own the daily maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our enterprise ServiceNow instance. In this role, you will work independently to handle complex configurations, support platform upgrades, and build automated workflows with minimal supervision, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Key Responsibilities Instance Governance: Manage update sets, execute peer reviews, and migration paths across development, test, and production environments to maintain platform health. Upgrade Execution: Plan and execute ServiceNow version upgrades and patches, managing the skipped-records review and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT). Data & Integration Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot data imports, transform maps, scheduled jobs, and standard integrations (LDAP, SSO, REST/SOAP APIs). Security & Access Audits: Implement and audit Access Control Lists (ACLs), user groups, and roles to ensure absolute data security and compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements directly from business units to translate operational needs into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated ServiceNow administration experience in a mid-to-large scale enterprise. Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) is required. Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITIL v4 Foundation is a major plus. Environment Knowledge: Proven experience managing at least one major ServiceNow full-version upgrade cycle. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues independently and articulate technical solutions to non-technical users.
