Shifts Available Mon/Tues: 7 - 10 am / 2 - 9 pm; Wed: 7 am – 3 pm; Sun 9 am – 9 pm (40 hours/week) Wed: 7 am – 3 pm; Thurs/Fri: 7 - 10 am / 2 - 9 pm; Sat: 9 am – 9 pm (40 hours/week) About DDI For nearly 65 years, DDI (Developmental Disabilities Institute) has been a leading agency providing a full spectrum of care for over 1,600 children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The Role As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with the staff in assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well‑being, and helping them connect with their communities. You will be essential in providing support for program management and assist in oversight of house operations and employees.
