Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will solicit, develop, and maintain accounts in assigned market segments through direct sales efforts, while ensuring that budgeted financial results are achieved and exceeded. This is an on-site position at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Spotsylvania, Virginia. You will embody our Promise to Lead with Love , guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Salary $100k - $115k Key Responsibilities Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting. Building and nurturing client relationships. Negotiation and contract management. Qualifications Minimum five years of hotel and/or resort sales experience with 500+ rooms and extensive meeting space. Proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing group business. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Extensive knowledge of the greater D.C., Richmond, and Maryland area, including existing relationships with key accounts, is preferred.
