Role Overview BCBA position focused on providing ABA therapy to children, supporting families, and supervising RBTs within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans. Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high‑quality care. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment. Qualifications Certified BCBA credential required. Experience supervising RBTs preferred. Compensation and Benefits Total compensation package from $80,000 to $119,000 annually, with potential additional earnings. Monthly performance bonuses, sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship bonuses, and certification bonuses. 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus flexible savings and health savings accounts. Paid time off: roughly 30 days off in year one, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
