Supply Chain Manager I

What you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with five (5) years of distribution/shipping operations management or leadership assignments demonstrating a progression of increased scope and responsibility; equivalent experience will be consideredFive 5 years’ supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills in a high-volume warehouse and/or distribution centerAdvanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, cost analysis and budgeting, people management, and leadership guidanceDisplays strong interpersonal skills and is accessible and approachableExcellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas, approaches and solutionsAbility to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsAdvanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointOrganizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlineDemonstrated project management experiencePreferred Skills and Qualifications:SAP and/or equivalent production and logistics software experienceProduction planning, materials planning, and purchasing experienceLean manufacturing experienceApply now for competitive compensation and growth opportunities. #LI-ZB1Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
