Best Care Homes WI is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate CBRF Caregivers to join our team. We provide quality care in comfortable, home-like residential settings where our residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

If you enjoy helping others and want to make a difference in the lives of older adults and individuals who need support, we would love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Provide medication assistance as allowed by your training and certification
• Complete required documentation and communicate resident needs to the care team
• Follow individual service plans and safety procedures
• Participate in activities and help create a positive home environment
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and respect

What We’re Looking For

• CBRF-certified caregiver preferred
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Compassionate and patient attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care
• Must be able to pass required background checks and meet Wisconsin CBRF employment requirements

Best Care Homes is a family-owned and operated assisted living organization serving adults throughout the Greater Milwaukee area. Since 1994, our mission has been to provide compassionate, personalized care in comfortable residential homes where residents can feel safe, respected, supported, and truly at home.

Today, Best Care Homes operates 10 residential assisted living homes with approximately 94 residents across Cudahy, Franklin, Greendale, Greenfield, and Wauwatosa. Our smaller home settings are designed to provide a more personal alternative to large institutional-style facilities.

Our Approach to Care

At Best Care Homes, we believe quality care begins with knowing the individual resident—not simply their diagnosis or care needs. Our team works to understand each resident's routines, preferences, abilities, goals, and support needs so that care can be personalized to the individual.

Our caregivers provide support with activities of daily living, including:

Personal care and hygiene
Bathing and dressing
Medication management and assistance
Meal preparation and nutrition
Housekeeping and laundry
Transportation and medical appointments
Social and recreational activities
Daily supervision and support

Best Care Homes also provides nursing oversight to help coordinate residents' healthcare needs and support continuity of care.

Our Residents

Best Care Homes serves a diverse population of adults who may need assistance with daily living, aging-related needs, chronic health conditions, physical disabilities, cognitive needs, or behavioral and mental-health-related support. Our goal is to determine whether a resident's needs can be safely and appropriately supported within one of our homes.

We work closely with families, case managers, care teams, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and other referral partners to help coordinate appropriate placements and transitions.
