Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director to lead our AAHA-accredited team

Incentive Package

• Up to $200,000Base Salary
• 21% – 23% Production
• $50K – $75K Sign-On Bonus
• $5K Annual CE Allowance
• Path to Growth: Medical Director or equity/joint venture opportunity
• DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, and PLIT fees — fully paid

The Opportunity

• Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest quality of care
• Mentor and manage associate veterinarians
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics
• Partner with the Hospital Manager to oversee financial performance
• Prepare operating and capital budgets
• Guide staff and overall hospital operations
• Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a DVM
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
• Active Florida veterinary license in good standing
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
