Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred

Key Responsibilities

Process daily inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Collect, verify, and enter employee time and labor records.

Prepare work order documentation and production packets for manufacturing teams.

Generate packing documentation for outgoing orders.

Create labels and identification markers required for production.

Monitor production schedules and coordinate with purchasing to help expedite shipments.

Review assembly-related orders and ensure associated work orders are opened, updated, and closed accurately.

Collaborate with production, inventory, and customer support teams to ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer requirements.

Maintain accurate production and work order records.

Investigate and verify inventory or production discrepancies, including part counts when needed.

Monitor and replenish workplace and operational supplies as necessary.

Utilize ERP software and Microsoft Office applications daily to support production and inventory activities.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
