Business Analyst

Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst to support Johnson & Johnson's Advanced Therapies organization as they transition Cryo operations from a shared MES platform to a dedicated J&J MES environment. This individual will play a key role in the discovery, planning, and implementation phases of the project, partnering closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and validation teams to define requirements and support solution design.
Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting business and functional requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, evaluating solution options, and supporting future-state planning activities. The Business Analyst will help ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, operational processes, and regulatory requirements while incorporating Computer System Validation (CSV) and compliance considerations throughout the project lifecycle. This person will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, helping drive a successful Phase 1 implementation strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or life sciences environments.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and validation experience.
- Expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and driving business requirements sessions.
- Experience supporting software implementations, system deployments, or migrations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and validation teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience supporting discovery efforts, solution assessments, and future-state planning.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
- Exposure to solution architecture and future-state design discussions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and system migration initiatives.
- Experience with system integrations, interfaces, and data flows across manufacturing platforms.
Data migration experience, including master data, workflows, and reporting requirements.
