What You Will Do Command the site: Take full ownership of field operations for luxury residential projects from breaking ground to final punch-out. Manage the quality: Enforce white‑glove standards. What We Need From You High‑end experience: Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, specifically managing projects valued at $5M and up. The eye: Spot a crooked tile or a bad paint finish from across the room. The leadership: Treat subcontractors with respect but hold them accountable to the schedule and specs. Familiarity with construction management software preferred. Local knowledge: Experience building in the South Florida market (understanding local codes and inspections) highly preferred.
