Primary Responsibilities Manage luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors throughout each project. Lead client meetings and provide consistent communication regarding project status, schedule, and budget. Review construction drawings and specifications to identify potential issues before construction begins. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and supplier relationships. Monitor project costs, approve invoices, prepare change orders, and maintain financial accountability. Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and construction progress. Resolve field issues quickly while minimizing project delays. Mentor assistant project managers and field staff as needed. Maintain complete project documentation and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle. Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience within luxury custom homes or high‑end residential construction. Demonstrated experience managing multimillion‑dollar residential projects. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building systems, and finish quality expectations. Experience working directly with luxury homeowners, architects, and interior designers. Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and cost management skills. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of contracts, change orders, permitting, and project documentation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship management abilities. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between project sites.
