Private Staff Group is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Personal Chief of Staff & Director of Family Office Operations to support a dynamic UHNW principal and family in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is ideal for a highly organized, discreet, and operationally sophisticated professional who can oversee complex household, lifestyle, staffing, travel, and family office functions while serving as a trusted extension of the principals.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, executive-level judgment, and a hands-on approach to creating structure, continuity, and elevated lifestyle support across multiple areas of the principals’ personal and household operations. Responsibilities include oversight of residences and household staff, travel and event coordination, vendor and advisor management, operational systems development, budgeting support, and day-to-day family office coordination.

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience supporting UHNW principals, family offices, founders, or C-level executives in a Chief of Staff, Estate Manager, Director of Residences, Family Office Operations, or similarly sophisticated operational leadership role. The position requires exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, polished communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly private environment.
