Role Description
The Culture & Engagement Manager plays a key role in strengthening employee engagement, belonging, and organizational culture across The Trevor Project. Reporting to the Director, Talent & Inclusion, this individual will lead and execute initiatives that foster connection, collaboration, trust, and inclusive employee experiences across a fully remote mission-driven workforce.
- Lead and execute employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of culture initiatives aligned with Trevor’s mission, values, and employee experience goals.
- Design and coordinate inclusive employee programming and community-building experiences.
- Help foster a culture of trust through thoughtful communication and relationship-building.
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives and organizational engagement activities.
- Support the development of scalable employee experience practices.
- Partner closely with affinity groups and employee communities.
- Support initiatives that strengthen belonging and equitable employee experiences.
- Assist in coordinating culture and inclusion initiatives across Trevor’s U.S. and Mexico teams.
- Support the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys.
- Analyze engagement data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate employee feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
- Support onboarding culture experiences for new hires.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a commitment to fostering an environment of inclusion and belonging.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience supporting affinity groups or inclusion-focused employee programming.
- Strong project management and operational execution skills.
- Experience administering employee engagement surveys.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive employee experiences.
- Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience supporting employees across varying schedules preferred.
- Cross-cultural or global organizational experience is a plus.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
