Position Title: Executive Chef – Air France LAX Salary: $90,000–$100,000 Job Summary As Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and work closely with marketing and culinary teams to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account. Plan and create all menus. Purchase and manage inventory. Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team. Preferred Qualifications Culinary degree preferred. Three to five years of culinary management experience. High-volume production and catering experience essential. Experience managing cost controls. Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
