You will work directly with referral partners, associations, buying groups, accountants, BNI's, chambers of commerce, CPAs, community banks, and credit unions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off

Compensation Package: Salary plus uncapped commission

Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven success in partnership development, merchant services, or B2B sales.
• A track record of exceeding quotas and achieving outstanding results.
• Self-starter mentality with relentless determination and creativity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to strategize and close deals in competitive environments.

• Base Salary: $70,000$80,000 annually, based on experience.
