As the Executive Officer, you will be the liaison to the division directors across a range of essential support services, including budget, procurement, facilities, personnel, security, policy, and records management. This role streamlines collaboration between the Deputy Director and divisions to ensure effective mission support. Major Duties Serve as the primary operational advisor to the Deputy Director of Mission Support. Manage official taskings from external organizations to ensure high-priority requirements are completed on time. Serve as the primary liaison between division directors and senior leadership to coordinate support services. Evaluate broad policy changes to determine their operational impact on directorate programs. Develop administrative reporting systems to collect and analyze program performance data.
