Project Manager

The Project Manager is both a full-time and part time position role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, combining on-site work with work from home. This role is focused on driving the acquisition and disposition pipeline within the roofing division 64 identifying, qualifying, and building relationships with prospective buyers and referral partners across the roofing industry. The Project Manager will manage deal timelines, coordinate due diligence activities, and track leads from first contact through close. Day-to-day responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining relationships with roofing business owners and industry contacts, managing a pipeline of acquisition and disposition leads, coordinating with internal teams and external partners (brokers, appraisers, attorneys, inspectors) to move deals forward, and preparing status reports and deal documentation. The role also involves identifying risks in active deals, ensuring milestones are met on time, and continuously refining outreach and pipeline-tracking processes to support a scalable deal flow.
