A premier manufacturer in Lehigh Valley, PA is expanding and seeking an experienced Multiaxis CNC Programmer–Operator to craft high-precision turbomachinery components and assemblies . If you thrive on accuracy and process excellence, this role is built for you.

Your Impact

Translate blueprints and G-code/M-code into efficient, safe machining strategies.
Set up, change over, and run production with tight tolerance control.
Validate quality using micrometers, dial calipers, dial indicators, and more.
Troubleshoot tooling, programs, and machines; keep production moving.
Follow drawings and instructions to produce saleable, conforming parts every time.

Bring These Qualifications

Experience programming and operating CNC mills and lathes.
Competence reading prints and understanding G-code.
Strong knowledge of turning, milling, drilling, and threading techniques.
Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and finishes per drawings/standards.
Skilled with precision instruments and their care/calibration.
Professional, respectful problem-solving approach.

Compensation, Shifts & Perks

Pay: Up to $35/hr
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift opportunities
