Are you ready for new challenges?## Ihre neue Aufgabe* Als treibende Kraft im Technology Scouting identifizieren und bewerten Sie systematisch zukunftsweisende Technologien und Trendfelder hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit, Reifegrad und strategischer Relevanz für unser Unternehmen* Auf Basis fundierter Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen leiten Sie strategische Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top Management ab und bereiten Ihre Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht auf, um die Entwicklung neuer technologiebasierter Geschäftsmöglichkeiten aktiv zu begleiten* Im Themenfeld Humanoid Robotics gestalten und entwickeln Sie die strategischen Aktivitäten weiter, erstellen Business Cases und Strategiepapiere und identifizieren Kooperationsmöglichkeiten mit Startups, Forschungseinrichtungen und Technologieanbietern* Die Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte inklusive Planung, Steuerung und Budgetcontrolling liegt in Ihren Händen, ergänzt durch den Aufbau und die Pflege eines internationalen Netzwerks mit relevanten internen und externen Partnern* In Ihrer fachlichen Führungsrolle begleiten Sie Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten, Trainees sowie Werkstudierende und fördern deren Entwicklung im Innovationsumfeld## Womit Sie uns begeistern* Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bildet Ihre fachliche Basis, eine Promotion ist von Vorteil* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie Entwicklung, Geschäftsentwicklung, Innovationsmanagement, Strategieentwicklung, Unternehmensberatung oder angewandter Forschung haben Sie bereits gesammelt, idealerweise ergänzt durch nachweisbare Projektleitungserfahrung in komplexen, interdisziplinären Projekten.
