Why You’ll Love Working at Victory Place Townhomes Competitive hourly pay Monthly & quarterly bonus opportunities Generous PTO (120 hours starting; 160 hours after 5 years) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with excellent company match Paid holidays Supportive team environment with growth potential What You’ll Do Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform make-ready / unit turns to prepare apartments for new residents Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests as needed Track and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of maintenance or make-ready experience (multifamily preferred) HVAC experience strongly preferred ; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to be part of an on-call rotation Must have basic tools and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside Properties
