Family Medicine NP/PA Opening in Wyoming Location: - Rock Springs, WY - Salt Lake City 180m - Full-time, permanent position Practice Overview: Seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Utah to join our medical team. You will collaborate closely with the APP Director, who will assess your development and guide your progress. This is a hands-on role, with some exposure to blood-borne pathogens during patient care, trauma assessment, and clinical lab procedures. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive family medicine care Assist with trauma evaluations and perform necessary point-of-care lab tests Maintain a safe, patient-centered clinical environment Collaborate and communicate effectively with the APP director and interdisciplinary care team Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Fully accredited NP or PA license - Current BLS/CPR certification (may substitute ACLS) - Carries DEA and similar, applicable licensing.Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a community health center - Experience working in primary care - Bilingual in Spanish - Prior experience using Athena electronic medical record (EMR) - Prior experience using other EMRs
