Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Rotate weekend coverage as required (every other weekend)
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility care standards

Required Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire
Experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment
Must be a local candidate
Valid state or federally issued photo identification required at all times on assignment
Must have completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series, or provide a documented religious or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior registry or agency staffing experience in an LTC or SNF setting
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation systems
