Human Resource Generalist

Immediate need for a talented Human Resource Generalist. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Kokomo, IN (Onsite). Job ID:26-28770 Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Employment/Labor Relations/Manufacturing experience Utilize lean manufacturing tools in the context of employee development Analyze and utilize data to make decisions Experience with managing conflict and having difficult conversations Demonstrated ability to be approachable, able to communicate with all levels of employees, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources or related field Proficient with Microsoft Suite Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong follow up, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Able to interact with all levels of management and Union officials to accomplish goals Manufacturing experience is highly desirable Our client is a leading Manufacturing Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
