Production Coordinator

Company Overview Buttermelon is a fast-growing women's contemporary apparel brand based in Los Angeles. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Import Production Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Manage sample development and production schedules Review and approve final samples, fabrics, trims, and production details Approve TOP samples for in-house and private label production Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate production records Track purchase orders and provide timely updates to the sales team Coordinate sample deliveries for market and trade show deadlinesCommunicate daily with overseas factories and vendors Work closely with design, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time production Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve production issues Requirements 2+ years of experience in apparel import production preferred Strong understanding of garment construction and production workflow Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance PTO Retirement Plan Life Insurance for management level #J-18808-Ljbffr
