Location: Troy, MO Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: 7:30am4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Perform blood collection (venipuncture and capillary) for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens following established procedures
• Verify patient information and obtain signatures to ensure proper identification and labeling
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with standards
• Create a welcoming, professional environment while explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across patient service centers and physician offices based on business needs

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
