Nurse Manager Progressive Care

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Progressive Care Unit. The Nurse Manager will provide 24/7 leadership for a high-acuity step-down unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, mentoring and evaluating clinical staff, supporting evidence-based practice, managing budgets and resources, and driving quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes. The role collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supports continuous learning, and promotes a culture of compassion, respect, and professional growth in a fast-paced environment.
