Patient Care Coordinator

Muse Plastic Surgery, led by double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Wright Jones, is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta. This is not an entry-level sales role; we're looking for a seasoned closer with a proven track record in high-ticket aesthetic surgery consultations, ready to step into a thriving, fast-scaling practice with an exceptional patient pipeline already in place. You’ll work out of our two-story Atlanta practice, partnering directly with Dr. Jones to guide patients from consultation to commitment. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct in-person consultations with new and returning patients, guiding them toward the right treatment plan and partnering with Dr. Jones as the next step in their transformation journey Educate patients on procedures, process expectations, and financing/payment options Coordinate timely follow-up with the clinical team and patients to ensure a seamless experience before and after the procedure Build and manage a strong patient pipeline, including proactive follow-up with prospective patients Serve as a leader within the practice, keeping the team informed, engaged, and focused on an exceptional patient experience What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of proven high-ticket sales success specifically in aesthetic or cosmetic surgery consultative selling; general sales backgrounds will not be considered Deep familiarity with the plastic surgery patient journey, objection handling, and financing conversations Ability to quickly build rapport, uncover patient goals, and create urgency that drives action Strong interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and team members Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to exceed goals and manage KPIs Professionalism and composure under pressure Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a full pipeline with ease Required to work the last three business days of the month, per time-off guidelines Compensation: Uncapped bonus based on KPI and goal achievement Total compensation range: $150,000+ annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
