This includes supporting leasing efforts, coordinating maintenance activity, managing resident communication, and helping drive financial and operational performance. Property Operations · Assist with daily operations across the community · Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation · Conduct regular property walks and unit inspections · Support safety, security, and adherence to regulations Resident Experience · Build positive relationships with residents · Support renewals, notices, and resident communication · Enforce community policies and address concerns professionally · Assist with legal notices and compliance processes Leasing & Occupancy · Support leasing activity to maintain occupancy goals · Conduct tours, process applications, and assist with move‑ins · Review market comps and provide input on pricing and specials · Help ensure units are market‑ready and presented at a high standard Financial & Administrative Support · Assist with rent collection and delinquency management · Review invoices, coding, and vendor billing for accuracy · Provide input on budgets, projections, and financial reporting · Maintain organized documentation and reporting schedules Maintenance Coordination · Partner with maintenance teams to manage work orders and unit turns · Monitor aging work orders and ensure timely completion · Coordinate vendor activity and maintain strong working relationships Team Collaboration · Support on‑site staff with daily tasks and communication · Participate in team meetings and performance discussions · Help reinforce operational standards and company policies What You Bring · 2–5 years of experience in property management or a related role · Strong understanding of multifamily operations and regulations · Excellent communication, organization, and customer‑service skills · Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly · Comfortable learning new systems and technology · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation · CAM certification is a plus Who Thrives Here · Professionals who enjoy being the “go‑to” person on site · People who are detail‑oriented, resourceful, and solutions‑driven · Individuals who want to grow into a Community Manager role · Those who value teamwork, consistency, and resident experience Physical Expectations This role requires regular walking of the property, climbing stairs, inspecting units, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
