About the role We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage user, data, security, and process automation. The role involves research, analysis, design, configuration, automation, testing, and support across all Salesforce products at the company. Partner with the Business Community Provide support to and serve as a point of contact for internal customers who request routine information, data summaries and/or reports. Identify areas of improvement for services provided both internally and outward facing, including measuring and reviewing technology trends. Share results with management. Pass knowledge and instruct other members of the department and the company. Develop, deploy, and report on user satisfaction metrics quarterly or as required. Assist in making requests, routing routine reporting, and defining a process for report requests. Partner with Business Systems Analysts to identify, research, and analyze solutions for complex data issues and present impacts to the Director of IT Applications. Drive Continuous Improvement in Information Technology Support users for systems including Salesforce, Salesforce Field Service, Pardot, EDI Liaison, and Middleware. Ensure assigned platforms are effective, efficient, and satisfy business and customer needs. Participate in project meetings and report on progress. Design, develop, create, and establish SOPs and instructions for functions. Use analytical tools to access data and produce reports on key metrics. Manage integrations with Salesforce and other systems via ETL and web services. Meet aggressive timelines while maintaining high quality. Perform extensive program and database development tasks. Focus on Quality Improvement in Business Applications Implement Quality Assurance procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Participate in audits and resolve findings promptly. Perform UAT for assigned areas; manage change requests and bugs. Conduct audits and analyses, managing system improvements and quality programs. Review requirements and develop test scripts and plans. Work on special projects as business needs arise. Adopt and Champion Company Policies and Procedures Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall department appearance. Support company policies and procedures and the corporate vision, mission, and values. Understand and comply with internal Quality System policies and external regulations such as 21 CFR Part 820. Contribute ideas for ongoing improvement of the company and IT department. Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication at all levels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent. 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with day‑to‑day support, long‑term projects, SFDC deployment, and org maintenance. Broad knowledge of customizing Salesforce, platform configuration, user management, and feature utilization. Proficient in advanced Salesforce administration best practices. Desirable: knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, APIs, SOQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and popular UI frameworks. Experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Pardot, Salesforce Maps, and CPQ. Ability to perform business analysis, project scoping, design, integration, implementation, training, and support. Excellent understanding of data and integration architectures. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer focus with high sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt plans and decisions in dynamic situations. Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
