Job Description

Conduct cold outreach through email sequences and outbound prospecting

Make outbound calls to prospective clients

Build and maintain qualified prospect lists

Set up and manage email automation systems and sales sequences

Implement sales scripts and outreach strategies independently

Follow up with warm leads and nurture ongoing conversations

Track and report daily outreach activities and deliverables

Coordinate closely with the founder on strategy, execution, and performance results

Must Haves

Proven track record in sales and business development

Senior-level experience with the ability to execute strategy independently

Strong cold outreach and prospecting expertise

Experience with email automation platforms and sales sequences

Confidence handling phone calls and sales conversations

Experience using lead generation and prospecting tools

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines

Nice to Haves

Previous experience working with advertising agencies, marketing agencies, or similar service-based businesses

Familiarity with AI, automation, or tech-related industries

Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
