LOCATION: 4200 Pleasant Valley Road, Chantilly, VA 20151 HOURS: 5:00pm-1:30am, Monday - Friday w/alt weekends FULL TIME: 35 to 40hrs In this role you will: Accurately handle and process specimens Perform accurate use of automated instrumentation for aliquotting serum specimens Follow laboratory procedures for specimen processing Identify proper tubes and containers for each test type Discard old specimens by date received Ensure quality of departmental resources and laboratory services Understand and follow all safety, infection control, and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines Participate in departmental safety and quality assurance programs Utilizes appropriate supplies with minimal waste Weekend rotation All you need is: High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift 30 pounds Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Job Category: Laboratory Operations Company: Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc.
