Job Description
The Trusts and Estates Paralegal supports individual clients in managing simple wills and trusts by providing efficient case management and ensuring accurate legal documentation. This role involves close client communication, court filings, and occasional local travel for meetings or court appearances.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individual clients regarding their trusts and estates matters
- Prepare and file court documents related to trusts and estates cases
- Manage case files to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients to support estate planning and administration
- Attend occasional local meetings or court appearances as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in trusts and estates
- Strong client communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective time management abilities
