Position Summary The Field RN provides skilled nursing care to Medicare home health patients in accordance with each patient’s individualized Plan of Care, with a strong focus on safety, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Experience with WellSky Kinnser, OASIS, and Medicare home health is required.
