Gestor de Proyectos - Controles de Costes (Construcción)

Trinity Alliance busca un gestor de proyectos de control de costes con talento que tenga un interés personal y profesional en ejecutar Control de costes en grandes proyectos de construcción. Esta persona reportará al Director de Control de Proyectos y será responsable por implementar procesos y principios de control de costes en el Centro de Convenciones Kay Bailey Hutchison en Dallas, TX. Esto es un gran oportunidad para un candidato interesado en tener un impacto positivo en el mayor proyecto de construcción actualmente en Texas. Responsabilidades principales Trabaja con los sistemas financieros y procesos de la empresa. Desarrolla la competencia en el uso de sistemas fundamentales de la empresa y proporciona datos de costes en formatos necesarios para el control del proyecto. Comprende la terminología financiera y las medidas y reconoce el impacto financiero de diversas acciones del proyecto. Ayuda a analizar y utilizar datos financieros para identificar cuestiones clave del proyecto. Capacidad para utilizar planos y especificaciones en el establecimiento de datos de referencia del proyecto. Desarrolla conocimientos sobre los principios contables. Ayuda a recopilar datos para tendencias y pronósticos. Prepara análisis de tendencias de progreso e impacto en costes. Puede participar en la revisión y aprobación de facturas de contratistas. Tiene conocimientos de metodología de valor ganado. Recopila y analiza datos sobre requisitos de mano de obra, horas de mano de obra y costes laborales frente a limitaciones presupuestarias. Recopila y analiza datos para rastrear el coste real y las limitaciones de financiación. Ayuda a hacer seguimiento de órdenes de compra y subcontrataciones y gastos. Posee conocimientos en control de alcance y gestión del cambio. Ayuda en la elaboración de presupuestos de referencia. Exposición a conceptos y principios del proceso de planificación. Exposición a conceptos y principios de gestión del rendimiento e integración de costes/calendarios. Apoya el proceso de reporte del proyecto según sea necesario. Participa en reuniones de revisión de costes del proyecto. Recopila datos para el desarrollo de procedimientos. Requisitos mínimos Título de grado en construcción, ingeniería, arquitectura, finanzas, o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación. Cuatro (4) años de experiencia en un puesto relevante. Cualificaciones Preferidas Construcción OSHA de 10 Horas. Construcción OSHA de 30 Horas. Profesional Certificado de Costes AACE (CCP). Profesional en Gestión de Proyectos PMI (PMP). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas.
