Position Level: Entry-Level / Early Career
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Work Arrangement: On-Site
Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week

We are looking for a Web & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Department. This is an excellent temporary-to-hire opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to expand their skills, build their portfolio, and grow with an established company.

This is more than an administrative position. You will have the opportunity to work directly with an experienced marketing team and gain exposure to website management, WordPress, digital marketing, graphic design, CRM systems, email marketing, photography, and social media .

What You'll Do

WordPress & Website Management — Required

• Update and maintain company WordPress websites.
• Create, edit, and format website pages and digital content.
• Upload and organize images, documents, and other digital assets.
• Ensure website information remains accurate, current, and professionally presented.
• Perform routine website updates and content changes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Graphic Design & Adobe Creative Suite — Strongly Preferred

• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign to support marketing projects.
• Resize, edit, and optimize images for websites and digital marketing.
• Assist with creating and updating marketing materials, graphics, and layouts.
• Help maintain consistent visual branding across digital platforms.
• Candidates are encouraged to provide a portfolio or examples of previous design work.

CRM & HubSpot — Preferred

• Assist with maintaining customer and contact information within HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Support marketing lists, forms, and basic CRM functions.
• Assist with digital marketing activities and database organization.
• Help maintain accurate and organized marketing data.
• Previous HubSpot experience is a plus.

Digital Photography

• Take professional photographs of products, events, facilities, employees, and other marketing activities.
• Organize and prepare photographs for use across websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Perform basic photo editing, cropping, resizing, and retouching.
• Help build and maintain an organized library of digital marketing assets.

Email Marketing & E-Blasts

• Assist with developing and distributing professional marketing emails and e-blasts.
• Work with email templates, images, links, and contact lists.
• Help ensure emails are accurate, visually appealing, and professionally formatted.
• Assist with basic campaign tracking and reporting.
• Experience with HubSpot email marketing or similar platforms is a plus.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Create, schedule, and publish professional business-related social media content.
• Assist with maintaining and growing the company's social media presence.
• Help develop engaging content that supports company marketing initiatives.
• Work with HubSpot or other social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Assist with gathering photos, graphics, and other content for social media campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with WordPress is required .
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Marketing Department.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

• Adobe Photoshop

• HubSpot
• HTML/CSS
• Email marketing platforms
• Social media management platforms
• Digital photography
• Basic graphic design
• Website content management

A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is helpful but not required. We are equally interested in candidates who have gained their skills through hands-on experience, coursework, internships, personal projects, freelance work, or a strong portfolio.
