What You'll Do

  Connect & Build Relationships

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested benefit information

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Build professional, long-term relationships

• Deliver a positive and personalized client experience

  Educate & Guide Clients

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage

• Help clients understand available solutions

• Recommend appropriate options based on individual needs

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Assist existing clients with policy-service needs

• Conduct policy reviews

• Help with beneficiary updates

• Answer policy and coverage questions

• Provide appropriate claims-related guidance and support

• Maintain accurate digital records

  Weekly Performance-Based Compensation

This is a  commission-based independent contractor opportunity , not a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer-service position.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology

• Be willing to complete required training

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License
