POSITION SUMMARY
Dp Derm is seeking a results-driven Territory Account Executive to oversee sales and client relationships within designated territories. In this remote role, you will travel regularly within your assigned region to engage with medspas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic professionals, introducing them to Dp Dermâs innovative microneedling technology and clinical skincare solutions. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client partnerships, and supporting ongoing education to ensure long-term success. Dp Derm is the exclusive North American distributor of DermapenWorld, known globally for the revolutionary Dermapen 4 microneedling device used in over 5.5 million treatments. OBJECTIVESÂ
- Consistently generate new business within the assigned territory by promoting and selling Dp Dermâs microneedling devices and skincare solutions.
- Achieve a minimum of $40,000 in sales per month to meet core performance expectations and support company growth goals.
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with medspas, dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics to encourage long-term client retention and recurring sales.
- Confidently present and demonstrate products, offering clinical education and post-sale training to ensure client success and proper usage.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the region, including attending local industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Act as a trusted resource for clients by offering support, answering product questions, and guiding treatment protocols to enhance outcomes.
- Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on territory goals, promotional efforts, and customer feedback.
- Log all sales activities, client interactions, and performance updates in the companyâs CRM (HubSpot) to support pipeline management and reporting.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance benchmarks set for new and recurring business.
COMPETENCIES
- Strong verbal and written skills for client presentations and internal collaboration
- Professional, empathetic, and responsive in client interactions
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing territory and hitting targets
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Skilled at developing long-term, trust-based client partnerships
- Experience using tools like HubSpot to manage pipeline and reporting
- Confident in presenting and educating on clinical products
- Organized with strong time and travel planning skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2â3+ years of B2B field sales experience required
- Skincare, medical devices, or aesthetics (highly preferred)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must reside in territory
- Some weekends and travel required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $60,000-80,000 - Contingent on experience and performance
- Uncapped commissions
- 10 days PTOÂ
- 10 company-observed holidays
- Healthcare stipend ($300)

- Reimbursed travel to cover territory up to $500 per monthÂ
- All travel expenses reimbursed per company policy
