Position Summary The Client Service Coordinator serves as a key member of our client service team, providing administrative and operational support while delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare client meeting materials and ensure advisors are organized for appointments Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and assist with meeting follow-up Coordinate post-meeting action items and client communications Maintain accurate client records and documentation Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks Assist with answering incoming phone calls and direct clients to the appropriate team member Support the team in delivering a seamless and personalized client experience Why Join Puget Sound Wealth Advisors? Requirements Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in an administrative, client service, or office support role Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Professional, personable, and confident communicating with clients Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Comfortable learning and using technology and business systems A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in financial services is a plus but is not required Compensation & Benefits Compensation $25.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience Non-exempt position Performance-based bonus opportunity Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Medical insurance (70% employer-paid premium) Dental and Vision insurance (50% employer-paid premium) 401(k) with employer match Group Life and Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Jambalaya Group
