Position Overview Allied Health Professionals in the Allied Health Reliever Pool provide flexible clinical coverage across the Bayside Local Health Service Network to support continuity of care during staff leave and service gaps across the following disciplines: Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, and Speech Pathology. The role supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care while maintaining professional standards and organisational policies. Location and type of work are negotiated with each successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical cover across multiple Bayside Health sites, including the Alfred Care Group, Peninsula Care Group, Regional Care Group and Calvary Bethlehem Health Care. Deliver senior clinical expertise and complex patient care in varied practice settings. Support multidisciplinary teams and maintain high professional standards, policies and safety. Contribute to workforce development by supervising Grade 1 and/or 2 clinicians, Allied Health Assistants and undergraduate students where appropriate. Maintain ongoing professional development to ensure clinical capability across varied practice settings. Qualifications & Experience Relevant degree in an allied health profession. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for membership with the relevant professional body, with adherence to continuing professional development requirements.
