This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to care for one patient in a home setting. Position Responsibilities Provide nursing care following the established Plan of Care Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene Support trach, and ventilator care needs Maintain a safe home environment Complete required documentation accurately Schedule Days Available: Monday through Sunday Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Required Qualifications Active Ohio LPN license Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Current CPR certification Recent TB test or chest X‑ray Ability to pass background check and drug screening Experience with trach and ventilator preferred (training available) About BrightStar Care BrightStar Care provides home-based nursing and support services.
